Roland Alexander has over 25 years experience in Accounting
with his specialty being 15 years in the Corporate Tax
Department. The past 16 years has been
spent as sole proprietor of a pro wrestling
company, All Pro Wrestling. The main division
has been the APW Boot Camp. In this division,
Roland has overseen the trainers and training at
the Pro Wrestling training school with the goal
being to maximize the potential of a student with
the hope of earning them a career in the major
leagues of Professional Wrestling and getting them on
television. The school has turned out many successful
graduates over the last 16 years. Roland
has been known to wear the promoters hat and
has promoted live events as both sold shows and
fund-raisers.
In addition to giving the fans an entertaining pro
wrestling event, duties have included raising money
for high schools, boys & girls clubs and Police
Activities Leagues. For the most part, APW has
profited and done so on a limited budget. Promoting
responsibilities included everything from setting up
television, radio and print advertising, to Public
Speaking at schools with Elementary school students about
"Saying No to Drugs" and "Staying in
school". While wearing the promoters
hat, Interaction with venues and production crews
have been vital to the success of a live event.
Overseeing a large operation of over 60 people has not
always been easy but part of he success comes from
rolling up ones sleeves and doing whatever has to get
done. Of course it doesn't hurt to have the
passion for pro wrestling and entertainment.
