Company and Tranz-Send Broadcasting Company.
Chris Kelsey
Production Manager
A filmmaker from the Academy of Art University in San
Francisco, specializes in cinematography and post
production. He has produced works ranging from short films
and documentaries to music videos and live events. Chris
Kelsey has showed two short films to critical acclaim at
the 2005 San Francisco Film Arts Foundation Film Festival,
and the 2005 Moffom Film Festival in Prague.
Dann Read

Since 1999 Dann Read has
forged a career in various aspects of entertainment
beginning as a co-host of a wrestling radio show. In 2000
Dann became involved in the British wrestling scene and in
2002 Dann began promoting live wrestling events which he
continues to do so to this day. The married father of one
has promoted and helped organise some of the top shows to
ever grace the UK shores and have featured such famous
stars as: Bret "Hitman" Hart, Mick Foley, CM Punk, AJ
Styles, Raven, Billy Kidman, Juventud Guerrera, The
Sandman, Kenta Kobashi, Mitsuharu Misawa, Samoa Joe, Terry
Funk and many many more.
Dann has constantly looked for new innovations and
challenges when promoting professional wrestling. From
Europes first ever "King Of The Deathmatch" tournament to
taking wrestling out of the traditional halls and venues
and giving a fresh new feel to them by having standing room
only nightclub events where fans can gather right up
against the ring, Dann is always looking to improve every
fans event experience.
In 2007 Dann began promoting ChickFight events in the UK
for BlackPants Inc which saw the ChickFight noteriaty and
brand name grow along with crowd attendances rising with
every show including ChickFight's first sell out event in
August 2007.
In January 2008 after a sucessful first year with Black
Pants Inc Dann was promoted to Director of Sales &
Marketing for ChickFight Worldwide.

Brad Dykens

Brad Dykens parlayed his passion for professional wrestling
into the creation of a giant website called O.W.W., which
was founded in August of 2001 and has grown into one of the
most respected and universally utilized resources on the
internet today. It would become known simply as
the “Online World of Wrestling,” and encompass aspects of
pro-wrestling from all over the world. Brad has
forged relationships with hundreds of wrestling
personalities, fans, historians, and promoters along the
way. In May of 2007, Brad joined the Black
Pants family and brought the O.W.W. website along with him.
Arnie Katz
Director of Business Development

The long-time pop culture journalist applies his experience
and talent to starting and expanding Black Pants ventures
in a variety of media. Elected to the Video Game Hall of
Fame for producing the world’s first video and computer
game magazine, Arnie has a long history in the pro
wrestling business as a magazine editor and publisher,
radio show host and web site editor.
Sandy Cheng
Sales and Marketing Representative
With the decision to pursue her dream of being an
entrepreneur in 2006, Sandy also decided that she wanted
her first business to revolve around the one thing that has
been a positive influence in her life – wrestling.
TakedownSF.com (an online retailer that offers wrestling
and mixed martial arts related fan merchandise) has been
growing ever since. Prior to TakedownSF.com, Sandy used her
variety of skills to lead past teams at companies like
Landmark Education to reach record breaking results.
